There is a 316 quality stainless steel plate which has very good resistance in areas that can be subject to extreme corrosion, so marine products are made of this grade stainless steel. The 316L grade stainless steel plate has the same properties as 316 grade, as well as tensile corrosion cracking and higher strength. Finally, 430 grade stainless steel plate belongs to the ferritic group and is the best quality steel among stainless steels.
